Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co., Ltd.

Established in 1996, Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co., Ltd. is a class-one state-owned enterprise group and one of the largest 500 machinery enterprises of China authorized for running under the government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. We founded SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. on June 4, 2002 together with Shanghai Automotive Industry (Group) Corporation (SAIC) and General Motors (China) (GM), and we are the third largest shareholder of the company. We have formed a multiple ownership system group corporation centered on mini automobile products connected by capital, operating multiple areas of business. With total assets of over USD200 million, our group employs 8,400 persons. Our company produces and markets parts, assemblies and motors for mini automobiles and special-purpose vehicles as our core business while providing production service and community life service for the manufacturing industry at the same time. Boosted by the rapid development of SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd., we will see synchronized development through further integration and attain new strides of development of the entire group. With the establishment of a modern enterprise system as our objective, our group will implement a strategic program composed of five blocks: parts and assemblies; motors; special-purposed automobiles; service; and new business.
